Receive and acknowledge events

Examples use goodvision. After a project installation, use npx --no-install goodvision. See quick start for installation and first configuration.

events watch requires the current application's service identity and openplatform.api.invoke. It never ACKs automatically. After durable business processing, create ack.json from the current delivery_id and lease_receipt and acknowledge explicitly. Do not replay expired receipts. Use event-receiver for continuous consumption with durable, idempotent processing before ACK.
